Customer Satisfaction is our top priority.  Elite Guns LLC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you need to return merchandise for any reason, within the first 7 days of delivery please follow the steps outlined below.

The following products cannot be returned and are not refundable.  All Sales are Final:

  • Ammunition
  • Clothing
  • Cleaning Solvents, Lubricates, and other Gun Care liquids or creams.
  • Firearms - After transfer has been completed. 
  • Food
  1. Call us at 706-397-2234 or send your request for a return RMA# to NO returns of merchandise will be accepted without a RMA#.
  2. All returns paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the credit card once confirmation of merchandise delivery and the condition of merchandise is verified.

To qualify for a refund, all returned merchandise must include the following:

  1. The merchandise must be in the original packaging.
  2. Only merchandise that can be sold "as New in orginal factory packing" will be credited.
  3. NOTE: If you have broken the merchandise, do not send it back to Elite Guns LLC. You will not be reimbursed.
  4. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  5. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Include the following in package:

  • A copy of your original invoice.
  • Your original packing slip.
  • The reason for your returned merchandise.
  • The RMA# given to you by our customer service department.
  1. All return merchandise shipments must be prepaid; no COD's will be accepted.
  2. You must send your returned merchandise using a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx with package tracking.
  3. Ship your package to:

4.  You will receive an email when your package is received into our warehouse.
5.  As soon as verification of the item(s) is made, you will receive an email with the status of the return.

All Firearms should be inspected before being transferred. If Firearm is transferred it cannot be returned. If firearm is found damaged from shipping before being transferred to you contact Elite Guns LLC customer support and a RMA# will be issued. If defect is a manufacturer defect, the firearm is covered under manufacturer warranty and should be taken up with them.

Any FIREARM order cancelled after being invoiced will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. There is no fee for canceling an order prior to invoicing.

Note: Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that does not meet Elite Guns Returns Policy.
